“Should you not know that Yahuah, the Elohiym of Yashar’el, gave the kingdom over Yashar’el to David forever, to him and to his sons, by a covenant of salt?”
2 Chronicles 13:5
Our salt comes from the Sociedad Cooperativa de Salineros de Colima, founded in 1925, whose members carry forward the region's long harvesting tradition.
Our salt comes from the coastal salt flats of Cuyutlán in Colima, Mexico, where salt production has been part of local life for centuries.
Salineros gather the crystals using traditional methods passed down within their communities, and the sun does the drying.
Naturally irregular crystals crumble between your fingers, so you control how much you add and how finely you season.

The meaning behind our name
From the coastal salt flats of Cuyutlán in Colima, Mexico. It is produced by the Sociedad Cooperativa de Salineros de Colima, a cooperative of salt producers founded in 1925.
Seawater evaporates under the sun and wind, and the salineros gather the crystals by hand using traditional methods. The salt is unrefined and dried by the sun.
Our salt comes in 8 oz, 1 lb and 3 lb bags.
The crystals crumble between your fingers, giving you control over how much you add. Crush a pinch more finely for even coverage, or leave some crystals whole for texture on a finished dish. Because crystal sizes vary, start with a little, taste as you go, and adjust to suit your dish.
Shipping is free on all orders. We are a small family owned business, so please be patient if your order takes longer than expected to arrive.
